No. These visits are preventive maintenance checks, not real-estate transaction inspections or engineering/electrical diagnostics. If a red flag comes up, you’ll know exactly what was observed and which professional to call before it becomes a bigger (and more expensive) issue.

Absolutely. We are have to review plans to adapt to changing needs or preferences.

What counts as a “small fix” in the Premium Concierge plan?

Accepted Answer

Small fixes are quick, simple tasks that prevent minor problems from turning into major repairs — tightening loose railings, adjusting cabinets, lubricating doors, basic weatherproofing, replacing a few screws/fasteners, etc. Labor is included for up to two hours per month. Materials or complex repairs are billed separately.
